PLEXIGLAS® GS 245
PLEXIGLAS® GS 245 Aviation Grade is cast acrylic, qualified to AECMA 4364 as well as US Navy to Military Specification MIL-PRF-5425. PLEXIGLAS® GS 245 supports aircraft transparencies requiring exacting standards in optical performance and dimensional stability. High optical clarity, extreme flatness, and tight tolerance control support precision fabrication and consistent forming of aerospace glazing components.
Properties
PLEXIGLAS® GS 245 is used across aircraft glazing applications, including instrument panels, wingtip lenses, helicopter glazing, and aircraft canopies, in monolithic or laminated constructions.

✔ UV transmittance <1% (290–330 nm)
✔ Cell-cast acrylic with excellent weather resistance
